Welcome to Wanderlux. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our luxury travel services. By accessing our site or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Prices are quoted in USD and may include taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.

• You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
• Full payment is due 30 days before departure for most packages.
• Late payments may result in automatic cancellation.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by package. You may cancel in writing via email. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days. Some fees (e.g., non-refundable deposits, visa fees) cannot be refunded.

3. Travel Documentation

You are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, permits, and any required vaccinations. Wanderlux can provide guidance but does not guarantee entry. Denied boarding due to improper documents is not our liability.

4. Health and Safety

You must inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or dietary requirements at least 14 days prior. We reserve the right to decline service if participation poses a risk. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Limitation of Liability

Wanderlux acts as an intermediary for suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.). We are not liable for any acts, omissions, or issues caused by third parties, including injury, delays, or property damage. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

6. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify or cancel any itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, political instability, etc.). In such cases, we will offer alternative arrangements or a refund for unused services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
