Understanding your options and refund process

We understand that plans can change. Below you'll find our cancellation policies for standard packages. For customized luxury itineraries, please refer to your booking confirmation or contact us directly.
To cancel a booking, please send an email to cancellations@wanderlux.com with your booking reference number and reason for cancellation. You may also call our 24/7 support line. The effective date of cancellation is the date we receive your written request.
Processing time: Cancellation requests are typically processed within 2 business days. Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated within 7-10 business days after approval.
The following scale applies to most tour packages. Some promotions or special events may have different terms, which will be noted at the time of booking.

Once your cancellation is confirmed and any applicable fees deducted, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account. For wire transfers, please provide bank details for direct deposit.
In the unlikely event that we cancel a tour due to insufficient participation, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses you may have incurred (visas, vaccinations, etc.).
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes "cancel for any reason" coverage. This can protect your investment in case of unforeseen events like illness, family emergencies, or job loss.
